Absolutely no hidden fees. The package price is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. All taxes and fees are included in that price.
No, you are not locked in a long term contract.
One to two business from Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Orders submitted on a Friday will be delivered by Monday. Small revisions will be done in a few hours or right away. Requests submitted on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by Monday.
You can submit requests through our platform. There you will be able to chat with your designer and also be able to download the requests once these are complete.

Our services are based on fast, high quality designs that take 1 hour or less to create.Â
Almost anything you can think of including facebook ads, instagram posts, flyers, podcast covers, photo retouching, business cards, album covers, youtube thumbnails and headers, twitter headers, website headers, video flyers and much more! (Animated video/flyers are only available on our Pro subscription) The service does not include Websites, UX & UI, logos, 3d renderings and app designs.
Yes, basic video flyers are available on the business plan. Basic video means we can add video and music to the design but without animations.
Yes, you can use Perfekta Unlimited for yourself, your other businesses, or even your customers.
You own all rights and licenses to all designs created for you. If we use stock photos, you will be provided with a link of where you can purchase the image/s used, that way you have usage rights. However, materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.
Yes. We only use fonts that are fully licensed or free to use in your designs.
Unfortunately we can’t refund due to inactivity.
We do not accept checks, cash, or money transfer. We accept stripe through the signup link and if you would like to use Paypal, please let us know and we will send you the payment link.
Yes, you will get the source files for every project we do for you if you request it, this does not include stock images and videos used in the design, but you will be provided with a link as to where to get them that way you have the right to use the images however you want.Â
Unfortunately no since the service is based on one active project at a time that will take no more than 1 hour per day to be created.
Yes. New customers can get a prorated refund after the second week of using our service.
