These Terms of service are between Perfekta Unlimited (“company, we, our, website”) and the subscribers (“users, clients, you”).
These Terms of service are deemed to be accepted by the subscribers for a request for Perfekta Unlimited. We offer premium unlimited design services for startups, agencies, freelancers, and club promoters at a relatively low monthly price.
At Perfekta Unlimited, we deliver a premium graphic design in 24 hours based on the design requested by our subscribers. You can ask Perfekta Unlimited to design Facebook Ads, Instagram posts, club flyers, Insta videos, Podcast covers, photo retouching, business cards, album covers, and the likes.
These terms of service are the rules guiding the use and designs or services of Perfekta Unlimited. You agree that by using Perfekta Unlimited, you have read, understood and accept these terms as stated herein, otherwise discontinue your use.
GENERAL AGREEMENT
By using Perfekta Unlimited, you agree to the following (but not limited to):
- These terms of service shall govern all services rendered by Perfekta Unlimited
- If in any way, you disagree with the terms of service for the use of this website, you are advised to discontinue the use.
- You agree that you will always check these terms for modification(s) or update(s) as the case may be.
- You agree that during sign up to Perfekta Unlimited, you will provide the necessary details as may be requested.

- You agree that you will not use Perfekta Unlimited in ways that violate our terms of service or any legal rules.
- You agree that you will not breach the intellectual property rights and the rights of other users of Perfekta Unlimited.
- All subscribers’ designs and personal information are confidential and protected securely will not be disclosed to any third party without Perfekta Unlimited’s prior written consent.
- The subscriber shall duly inform Perfekta Unlimited on the kind of design needed or subscribed to for proper service delivery.
- All subscribers shall be responsible for the protection of the intellectual property of their design
WHAT IS THE BASIS OF USING PERFEKTA UNLIMITED?
You will need to sign up with Perfekta Unlimited to process a request and have full permission to our services.
COMPANY AVAILABILITY
Perfekta Unlimited will be available only on weekdays, Mondays-Fridays by 9am-6pm and will be closed during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
WHO TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT I SEE AND DO ON PERFEKTA UNLIMITED?
Perfekta Unlimited is responsible for every design and information made available on the website. You agree that we are solely responsible for the operation of the website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Perfekta Unlimited will not be liable to the user for any wrong details provided during the request of our services. We will also not be liable to any subscriber for any breach or negligence in the protection of the intellectual property of designs requested.
Perfekta Unlimited will only be responsible for modification of designs or unsatisfactory designs and will also provide a 5 days money back guarantee to any of our subscriptions whose complaints meet our terms. You also agree to cancel your subscription as and when due.
COST
You will be mandated to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the service you sign up for.
SUBSCRIPTION MODE
You can subscribe to any of our monthly services depending on your requirement. We will offer discounts on our highest subscription cost to all our subscribers.
AUTO RENEW
Perfekta Unlimited uses PayPal for automatic renewal of your subscription every month from the date you sign up. If there are no funds on on your account once the auto payment is made, the subscription will be cancelled. You can always reactivate your subscription at anytime by subscribing again.
PROMPT PAYMENT
Your right to use your subscription is for a definite period, measured in terms of your subscription options. You agree always to pay your fees as and when due to continue to have access to and request for our designs. If you do not pay your fees, we won’t grant you access to the subscribed part of our service.
BILLING INFORMATION
You agree to abide by the payment method as stated by Perfekta Unlimited.
CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERM
Perfekta Unlimited may modify the subscription term at any time, with or without prior notice and at their sole discretion. We advise you to always check out for these changes and, we will try to notify you when such changes are made.
TERMINATION
At Perfekta Unlimited, you can choose to terminate your subscription or use of the website. You reserve the right to change your subscription method at any time based on your preference. Also, you can decide to unsubscribe from Perfekta Unlimited if you are dissatisfied with our services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP & PROVIDED ASSETS
You agree to be solely responsible for the protection of the intellectual property of your design as received from Perfekta Unlimited. You own all files and graphics we create during any month of your subscription. You will provide all content to be used in our designs. You agree that any materials you provide for our designs are not owned ore trademarked by a different entity. You are responsible that any materials you provide can be used legally in our designs. We are not liable for the the materials you provide as it pertains to license or trademark issues and you represent to Perfekta Unlimited that all materials provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Subscription to stock photography or media is under a specific use license. Managed stock photography or assets are licensed to be used in the specific graphic files created by Perfekta Unlimited from a client request. Individual photos or assets will not be provided.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perfekta Unlimited and its members and assigns (the ”Indemnified Parties”) from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, and costs including, without limitation, its reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, (ii)your use of the services provided pursuant to the Site, an (iii) infringement of the third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary right.
SAMPLE WORK
By Default, you gree to provide Perfekta Unlimited with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio and social media. If you would like to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing to info@perfektany

We respect the copyright interests of others. It is our policy not to permit materials known by us to infringe another party’s copyright to remain on the Site. If you believe any materials on the Site infringe a copyright, you should provide us with a written notice to [email protected]
MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICES
Perfekta Unlimited reserves the right to modify the terms of service with or without the prior notice of her subscriber. We also exhibit the right to terminate or delete our services without prior notice. All subscribers are at this moment advised to review these terms often in case of any modification.
